I just noticed that you said you could lose a bit of bodyfat. Try aiming for 10% BF since you are single.
I don't think 10% is attainable in my case. Between 15 and 18 percent is more attainable and realistic, I don't think there's ever been a time in my life when my bodyfat percentage was under 20 percent. I would have to starve myself for a really long time to reach 10% and there's no way I could sustain that low of a percentage

You can either do this by Internment Fasting, converting to the anabolic diet (eating lower calorie foods in high volumes), or eating as clean as possible.
I'm eating clean and I haven't eaten as many calories these past few months. Also I've seen some improvement in fat loss since I started going almost everywhere by bicycle instead of by car. Still I have belly fat that I've had all my life and it's always been resistant to my efforts. In the past whenever I lost weight I would lose pounds, but not inches, and the same deficits in my physique haven't budged. Lately I've gained a few pounds but I've lost fat, idk why. Sometimes I think the only way to get rid of that stubborn fat once and for all is get liposuction or something. Honestly I believe that even if I got down to 15% bodyfat and was really jacked I would still have the problems with meeting women that I've talked about. I would be more attractive, but in the same situation. At the end of the day girls don't care if you lift

I was 25-30% bodyfat because I just ate a lot, but I was buff though. It took me like 3-4 years to get to 10% with a lot of adaptations and mess-ups on the way. OLD started becoming easier once I hit 16% BF. I say 10% because once you start dating you will go up a few points.

I'd say right now I'm about 25-27 percent. How did you go about getting that low? I'd say my goal should be 15 percent

Most women settle... I don’t find many single 40 something females saying f the beta male... I’m dying alone.

they will marry the beta... play house with the beta... post pictures all over social media with the beta... and if the opportunity presents itself to branch swing even a mm up the tree they will take it. Then blame the beta for everything and society will side with her.

I guess they had you in an Oort Cloud orbit. Now that I think about it, a friend of mine was getting a lot of "2nd chance" setups with women that had been set up with him many years later, and they were all divorcees by then. :rolleyes: He considered the ones that had kids to be booty calls (until the chicks figured out he wasn't budging), and the ones that were still childless to be truly dateable; he ended up marrying one of the latter.

I read a study once that said if 2 people are forced to be in a room together for 24 hours, there is a high chance of them having sex, this was in the 90s but I've always carried that sentiment forward.

Women are option-driven, they'll choose what the best option at any given time is, most men have a disdain for this because when we do the same and find a better option, we're led to be disdained by society where as most women would not be or would even be celebrated.

Commitment is a burden for the women with better options in the peripheral; men as well but we can't just flagrantly act upon those options like women can.

I started out by doing calories in vs calories out and monitoring my caloric intake.
I have ADHD so I’m unable to really stick to counting calories and having to weigh out portions like that. Any time I’ve tried I’ve fallen off the wagon within a week. I try to not eat concentrated carbs at least, but like I said it’s like my body won’t let me get below 20%. I might actually need liposuction but it’s expensive, invasive, and the thought of getting it makes me feel vain. I’ve at least gotten my activity levels up and even though that’s helped I think there’s a genetic or metabolic cause for why I’m not able to get below 20%

No lol because I am a borderline alcoholic, and I can still maintain a decent frame lol. TBH, just do the anabolic diet because you can eat a lot of food and still lose weight. You will have to adjust to the tastes and most women will not like your food though lol. Look up Greg Doucette or Remmington James. This was back in 2018-2020 though so Idk how they are now. I looked like a God off of the Remmington James Diet lol.

This is the part that kills me on this site, before I knew about "Redpill" and these terms, I saw this first hand by going out with Naturals who most would consider "Alphas" on this site but guess what, they never read "The Game" or "Mystery method" never logged on pua website or Redpill website. Matter fact when I use to ask those guys to explain it to me they would just say be confident bro. There are some guys who just figure the shyt out an early age and run on autopilot to the point that it's in their DNA.

How do you know they're never complaining or having negative feelings towards women? Even pro athletes and rappers ect complain about dating.

How do you know they never read about game? Imo that's bs, to believe such statements by default. Before the internet game was thaught in the barbershop ect. EVERY man has his channels where he talks and learns about game.

I had a super attractive female friend most guys would probably say 9/10 look at my profile once. She immediately deleted 3-4 pics and reduced my profile to 2 sentences. I was like wtf!!?

I tried the vertical diet for a while and it kinda worked, but since then I've almost entirely stopped eating meat for religious reasons. Most of the protein that I get comes from milk and dairy, which is good except for the fact that vegetarian protein sources tend to have more carbs and are more calorie dense. I still occasionally eat meat but consuming it tends to be discouraged in my religion, and I don't eat beef since my religion explicitly prohibits it. Like I said I have lost fat recently, and I like my "dairy and vegetables" diet, but I still need to adjust it a bit. Earlier this year I gained some weight and fat but it was mainly because I was drinking too many protein shakes and eating concentrated carbs, so I cut both of those out.

So how can I find more attractive women that I can actually date? Mind you I'm not going for instagram models. I'm fine with girls that are a seven in the face, not fat, and with a nice rack. But it seems like most of the women who want anything to do with me are a tier below me in looks. Maybe they perceive me as more attainable for some reason?
