May sound like a stupid question but when you mine via cloud you aren't required to actually be online at all times right?

Signed up to Genesis and bought a 2 year Ether contract and ongoing BTC contract. There doesn't seem to be an option to purchase hashpower for LTC. How do you access this?

In other news bought LTC at average of $30 as it looked undervalued. Currently sitting at $50. Gone on quite the rally...why do you think this is?
Bro a bit messed up you didn't use my discount code. It's free money that you save and it helps me out too by giving me free hashpower! My friends do the same thing and I tell them the same thing! I put out all this free info that you all make money on which I spend hours learning and more hours trying to convey it to you so that it makes sense. Then on top of that I PAY for reports, research, etc. and I try to make some of it available to you guys which mention opportunities that I identify all for free. Feel a bit under appreciated that I give and you guys take and ask me for help while I get nothing in return. Not asking you to pay me, just asking you to use my discount code which is a free way to both support each other (it gives me hashpower when you upgrade)!

1.) you don't do anything except front the capital costs. Very very good in that aspect. Computer can be shut off and you can be in a different country on some remote island with no access to internet. It will still send you daily payouts for 2 years for all contracts except BTC. That is a open ended project. Worth the 45% that I lose on potential profit because I literally do nothing.

2.) LTC is sold out. Anything you can't current buy, means it's sold out. You have to wait till it opens up. They run out of rigs sometimes when too many contracts are bought and stop selling them until they can setup more rigs. They then open it back up. I don't have any LTC mining contracts either but I have my Dash paying me out in LTC.

3.) I'll give myself a pat on the back for that as you've just made 67% in a month or less. Exactly that. It's severely undervalued. It's a clone of BTC at 1/4 the size. So technically it should be worth 1/4 a BTC but it's currently about 1/50 a BTC. It's already implemented segwit which makes the transaction times alot faster, and will implement the "lightning" network. These are all things that BTC is trying to implement but due to infighting with the core development team (coders who have been working to innovate and grow BTC since the beginning) and the miners (mostly bitmain in china), they haven't been able to implement it while litecoin doesn't have any infighting and is very smooth.

Might possibly be too technical a question for these parts but will give it a go anyway,

So bitcoin mining (poor rate at the moment, but free so can't complain)

Trying to get the Ethereum mining software to work on my computer. Have tried everything. Apparently the issue tems from the RAM being allocated to perform the mining. Checked my graphics card. It was at 2GB so increased this to 16GB. Still having the same issues! Keep getting this response in command prompt when I try and check the hash rate my computer is capabale of performing at:

GPU can't allocate the DAG in a single chunk. Bailing.

Which is probably the reason no ETH mining software seems to be working on my computer. So annoying as I've spent a solid few hours trying to sort out this issue with no return.
If you hold your crypto that you receive and only sell when the value increases higher than when you received it from your cloud miner, it's a double win win and increases your break even point. I sell my payouts in chunks after a major bump or if I absolutely need the money.

I'm not exactly sure and mainly why I haven't built my own rig. You may be lacking processing power, might need better or more graphics cards. You need specific gaming graphics cards from what I know.

Nice to see you guys investing and learning. BeTheChange let me know how the ICO and mining does. How much did it cost to rent the server for two years?

A lot of ICO's are built off Ethereum which means Ethereum will have big swing going up and down.. Because all of these companies are being built off Ethereum wouldn't it almost be guaranteed that the long run of Ethereum will sky rocket?

What do you think?

Congrats. Inspirational

Guessing it's too late to jump on this now?

How did you go about finding this gem and what criteria did you use to judge it as a worthwhile investment vs all the other pre ICOs?

You can buy the tokens adn obviously research the company before you buy. You will be buying at market prices though. I bought into the pre-sale ICO. I wasn't expecting pre-sale to sell so much volume that they closed the ICO during the pre-sale. They also released last week a phenomenal rental program which is a super win. You lease you tokens, get them all back at the end of 30,60, 90, 120 days + additional fiat.

So generally it's better to get involved in the pre sale? So get in as early as possible is the lesson here?

Had a look at some of the free reports issued on some of the upcoming ICOs. They seem to contain a summary of the business and due diligence.

Not sure if it would necessarily be worth paying for these reports, as at this stage doing the due diligence myself would be more beneficial as far as learning experiences goes.

There were a few decent free reports but it's interesting that the website I've been using charged for their report on Tezos.

Looks like it's time to start taking this stuff seriously.

5 am start days in order to set my positions and really understand some of the companies coming up so I'm in a knowledgeable position to make informed investments on the upcoming ICOs.

@AAAgent You've been a massive help in getting us all started and comfortable. Still a lot to learn but hopefully they'll be more opportunities.

Just look up populous.

Saw this a few days ago. Like you said though, not worth getting into right now as I'd be paying upwards of 300x the price you paid right?

Also with those kind of returns what are your thoughts on just placing $100 of ETH into every upcoming ICO and seeing what sticks?

tezo's good idea but too hard to execute and will be competing with ETH right? That's a long shot. Could be worth it but who knows. im staring at multiple baby orders for 5500x right now. idiots manipulating the price but minimum orders are now 250x.

We will see what true market value is once it's released.

https://etherdelta.github.io/#PPT-ETH

I bought in a 0.0011 ETH per PPT. and you can see its at 5.5 ETH per PPT for max and min is 0.25eth per PPT.

52 minutes left. these fvckers are hard pressed for time while we're sh1tting our pants. only 1,087 holders and I am one of them.....some people are going to sleep soon too. I really hope these prices hold somewhat. Even 100x would would a dream come true. If it drops to 10x -30x I can't complain.

Needless to say, I feel fantastically nauseous.

Good luck bro. Hopefully you will be the first of many success stories here.

Either way you've opened the door for the rest of us and we are very grateful for that. The more information on crypto I consume the more I realise how vast this space is and how much potential it has. We are only at the tip.

And Tezos has been marketed by the developers as bitcoin 3.0. Basically the next gen Ethereum. ETH and BTC success proved that it's not necessarily a zero sum game so that was what made me think there'd be limited downside.

I'm not going as far as to liquidate the rest of my portfolio and put everything into crypto but I'll definitely be handing over my real estate to a full time manager and moving from actively investing in equities to an index fund. Crypto will have all my attention for the next year. Go big or go home. Specialisation!
