The coffe thing is so true, especially when you've already had like 4-6 that day. My hands were shaking crazy but I didn't come off nervous sice I hid it well.

I remember about a yr ago..when I was going on a date with someone I had a high IL in..I took some energy pills with caffiene and it made my freaking hands sweat from being nervous.

U know this is just a theory but maybe try getting off the energy pills. Its probaly quite normal to be a little nervous when you first meet or go out with a chick as well though.

btw, cafe's are just as good. They don't gotta be star bucks or random coffee houses. Find a nice cafe and you'll find that it's a great atmosphere plus most places have a wide variety of things. Most being decently priced too. I have my choice of many and I can grab a bite for roughly 5 bux. Not bad, especially when most fast food joints charge the same price for way crappier quality and shyttier service.

and for those who are interested in trying this new fad called "drinking water", most places give glasses of it for FREE. Can you believe it? Who would have thought! And what's that? It's the best drink for you? GET OUT!
