Hey guys, I just need some advice to handle something I messed up with a girl gracefully.

Background:
She seems a little nutty with dyed hair and a feminist with a lot of orbiters and dread game. Plate status.

Progress:
Made out first time we met.
Frisking and hot and heavy second time.
We were texting back and forth with talks around sex and I arranged a third date when I was planning to have sex.

The problematic situation:

But her being a feminist leftist hardcore ball buster made me a little wary and I told her I can't meet her until she gives me consent to bang her brains out on text.

She said "No you don't have it, we aren't sleeping together yet" and I dropped her deleted her number ghosted NC.

She kept texting me to ask me to meet up on the date tomorrow.

I didn't reply and she saw my display picture vanish.

Texted me 'How mature"

I ignored.

Then said she'll come back to return a little bracelet I'd given her at the place of the original date.

Ignored.

Permanent NC and Ghost her and no further contact? Fortunately she doesn't know my home

Nothing trickey about it , you blew it. I did something similar to that when I was younger with an older lady. I basically made her feel like a piece of meat. On to the next one

you should've went on the date and talked about sex in person, and if she was adamantly against sex in person, where you can see her facial expression, hear her tone of voice and read her body language, then you should've gotten the check, paid half and went home early

over text you don't necessarily know how seriously she meant the no sex thing (nor can you completely trust the words of a woman unless they're backed up by actions)

but assuming she was completely 100% serious (Which wouldn't make sense since you said that there was making out on the other dates) then yeah you did the right thing

With most girls I follow exactly what you said, look for high interest, body language and I keep escalating till she physically withdraws.

When a girl's social media is littered with oppression against women, rape and all sorts of crap. I think it's better to have proof beforehand that she consented to just protect yourself if she flips out.

that's true, but you could always record her with your phone when you talk about sex, or send her a text immediately after sex asking if she enjoyed it (and if she says yes she loved the sex, you're safe, but if she says anything else you know to call your lawyer and prepare the legal defense)

but from a better safe than sorry perspective you did the right thing

You need her consent to being audio recorded for it to stand legally. Whenever you're in a situation where a reasonable person would believe a conversation is private, young eed to get consent from the other party. Talking about sex is a private conversation; hence, you need her consent to record her or the court won't admit the evidence in case of a trial. If she consents to being recorded and then consents to sex, then you're on to something. But woukd anyone really want to live that way though?

I think you did the right thing by letting her go. Any reasonable man in your situation would've been concerned with the potential of rape claims coming from a feminist. I don't think you "blew it." You behaved logically and that behavior didn't sit well with her. It's best to lose some girl than to enter a legal battle where your freedom is at stake. Knowing when to let go of women is key; we have options, we can meet another woman within hours of letting another one go. Find better women.

what if you're talking about sex in public, like say, at a restaurant full of people over dinner or a walk down the street, that's clearly not private

also not every state is a two-party consent state

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

That's correct. That's why there are audio and video recording devices all over the place in public. And we can't do anything to have them removed or have them erase footage of us.

I can speak to California only about consent rules; other states have different laws, but adhering to California laws, which tend to be more strict, will place you in a better legal power in the event of a trial in another state.

Bad move on "asking her for consent to bang". Women are emotional creatures, not logical/rational. You did nothing to trigger her emotions/desire that open the gate to sechs. All you did was send a message that you saw her as a wh0re and all you wanted is sechs. Very ignorant on your part. This is 3rd grade stuff here.

Contracts for sexual services are void on their face, as a matter of public policy. They have absolutely nothing to do with a rape charge. If you filmed yourself having sex, you could probably get the tape admitted as evidence, but it is still up to a judge or jury to decide guilt or innocence. The tape itself would be great for your case, but the woman can always claim she was threatened and coerced into making it. As in, before you turned on the camera, you told her she had better be a good actress, or else. That's still rape.

You're paranoid. You wanted her to promise you sex over text? What a weirdo.

You guys shoot your own selves in the foot. Sex should not be negotiated unless its with a prostitute. You've been watching too many anti SJW videos.

Control for sexual services are void because you cannot agree to do something illegal in a contract. However, we aren't talking about sexual services, which means the exchange of money for sex (i.e., prostitution).

If consent in sex didn't matter, rape wouldn't exist. However, more and more rules about consent are being put in place in colleges. Your best bet is to be safe and document consent. You're getting technical about what a contract is and what it does. Ideally, a lawyer would write a contract that complies with the law, but in reality very few people would sign a contract to have sex, not to mention ask a lawyer to write it and compensate him for it.

You're right that a person can claim she was coerced--that's why witnesses and evidence are important.

if you record a casual conversation being had in a public place like a mall or something and she consents to sex with you, then nobody can argue coercion in that instance (what, were you holding a gun to her head in the middle of a busy mall?)

however it can be coercion if you only have evidence between you two privately (like a home recording of you two having sex or a morning after text or something)

I think your best bet would be to record a conversation at dinner first, and then after that get a morning after "I had a good time last night" text. that's pretty much an airtight case to prove your innocence

or better yet, she start to spill things like feminism and socialism/comunism next her on spot, serious you guys waste too much time on a girl you shouldn´t even acknowledge her existance even less spend time with her, if she was smart enough to at least don't let this kinda of talk out then you can play along for some fun, if not better not only be on the safe side, just not to waste you time with garbage

Feminism is a normal consequence in advanced wealthy safe societies where women aren't dependent on men for financial stability.

Feminists are free to pursue hypergamy at insane levels and can't be considered anything above plates because 'they don't need a man''.

They themselves are plate spinners.

At times I felt feminism is great as the women become more open to sex while even saving money on dates.

The only flip side is most of the feminists I know of are fat, ugly or low in societal status, and most don't compensate with their company by being as feminine as I want and instead play as adversaries instead of being a team.
Maybe that's just a small sample.

Mate u set off ASD big time. Never try and negotiate sex. U could do a time constraint. Say i only have an hour or so but i wanted to check u coz your so..blah blah

Having a woman bring up oppression of women, wage gaps, rape stories on the first date rung alarm bells in my gut quick.

Then there was one flake which she immediately rescheduled.

When she asked to confirm if I'll come, I didn't want to even meet her if I didn't have proof of consent.

Maybe I'm paranoid and missed out on a bang, but I definitely think I need to level up my standards to avoid paranoia in the future.

Consent cannot be documented, because it may be revoked at any time. A contract is what keeps a person from changing their mind at any time, and you can't contract for sex, not just because prostitution is illegal, but any contract for sex is void. If it were between a husband and wife, trading blowj0bs for housework, it would still be void, even though such a thing is not illegal.

Kobe Bryant got a rape charge, because he held a woman down during sex and j!zzed on her face while she was saying no. She had obviously consented to the sex originally, no one questioned that. But as soon as she says 'stop,' you have to stop, or else it's rape. (and yes, Kobe got off because he's rich, but most of us are not). That's why the idea of documenting sexual consent is pointless. Consent must be maintained throughout the interaction.
