True, it will not impact any of us on a personal basis but it does dishearten me to see that this is what people find important in thier lives instead of raising your kids correctly, self development and spiritual growth.

I agree Karma. I've lost most of my interest in "media", along with other negative things. Now sometimes I watch TMZ with buddies just for laughs (and feel dirty afterwards), but yeah. People are more concerned with average people who happen to be famous instead of making their average lives something special.

I don't watch any of these reality shows anymore either, used to. It's the only life I HAVE. The matrix is big.

Yeah Dr. Phil is one giant piece of sh!t posing as a concerned therapist.

Its just ratings mongering on his end.

At least Jerry Springer admits his show is a silly show and out for ratings but Phil just cons his audience into believing his program is doing real good in the world.

I have far more respect for Jerry Springer for acknowledging his show is mere entertainment than I ever will for shows like Dr. Phil's.
