I was thinking about starting one.. we should all meet up on myspace and start a DJ group and/or add eachother as friends so we can tackle the myspace scene with our Don Juaness. let me know what you all think,

I've recently cancelled/closed my account there. That shyt truly instills some seriously strange psyche in the minds of the "girls" who go on there. That whole scene is geared toward women, it favors their style, and IMHO is waters down any serious DJing.

Just my $0.02, maybe I'm bitter cause of the bad experiences I've had on there!

I agree. I cancelled my account and then re-did it..but made it harder to find (used a variation of my name on the "search").

The best thing I have used myspace for is to scout and find out about girls I do meet....they do the same and it can really kill your game at times if they know too much about you, who your friends are, etc.

You're not a Don Juan. Just cause it says so under your name means nothing. I'm not a DJ either... in fact there are very few on the site. Why is that? A DJ doesn't try to be a DJ. He simply is.

Examples: Pook, A-Unit, Anti-Dump... etc.

I never use that site to meet women. I only use it to network: catch up with old friends who've moved, jobs, talk to my friends in the dance community and such. Now if me and some woman just happen to connect then cool. I met my last GF from Friendster and we dated 1 1/2 years and remain decent friends but for the most part you have to sort through the bs.

I think some of the women on their are pathetic with their boob and thong self promotion and a hundred guys leaving sorry ass comments "thank you so much for the ADD, you are so beautiful....thanks for adding me I want to get to know you more.." Give me a ****ing break! These airheaded women know what they are doing. Like I said the site is cool for catching up with friends far away, and networking but for dating its very average.
