A Little Help For A College Guy

I am a Senior in College and I am in kind of a weird situation.

Here is quick summary: I met this girl at a bar, we hit it off pretty good, played the ****y funny card real well.

We have been exchanging e-mails recently , but now I have kind of hit a snag. I want to go out with her on a date, but I can't figure out a way to ask her. Her Cell Phone is pretty much out of commission so that isnt an option...E-MAIL is kind of eh??? Would be too nervous to do it in person. Dont really have any common friends or anything like that that would help


The other factor is we are in the middle of finals and then we have winter break for 4 weeks so I kind of want to do before break or else i wont probably see her again for a month because we live at different locations outside of college.

What is the best move here? It's kind of an awkward situation... anyone have any suggestions?? Anyone have any tips as far as E-Mail goes? Mainly trying to still be ****y and Funny, but sometimes thats hard over e-mail while trying to seem like a complete prick.

Why in the hell would you be too nervous to do it in person?

I recommend you squash that fear and trepidation and just go for it - ask her in person. Say "Hey, we gotta hang out before we're both gone for break. Let's go and..." and tell her what you're gonna tell her. Set a time. I recommend arranging to pick her up at her house. If she doesn't have a phone to call, she pretty much can't flake!

Don't hide behind email if you don't have to. Asking her in person is way better.

like 5 years ago to ask for an email would be korny/nerdy but now everyone is using email as a main form of communication seriously. With my last 2 girlfriends EMAIL was like the MOST important part of our relationships!

for example things they didnt want to say on the phone, or in person because they were to shy, theyd just send in the email, and the relationships ended up much more straight forward.

Just ask her for her EMAIL or a way of contacting her, its the same exact thing as asking for her number.

just say

" hey do you have a email address "

she'll say yeah its HotChick@yahoo.com or something.

Hi all,

Isn't funny as Hell when the soooo called cool people tell you things are corny/nerdy, and then you find out they do it too...... Regardless of how later on it is.....For me it is anyways...

I once heard a really ****y but funny dude say that he doesn't like to take vitamins cuz they make you feel healthier than you are.......... Noone comented on this subject in the group, so I assumed he was telling the truth... funky stuff be comin out there mouths..........
