Dreamin'_Dylan
Don Juan
I think I've really dug myself into a hole here, and I'm hoping these forums can help me solve my problem. It started about a year and a half ago when I was just a freshmen. A friend of mine suggested I join him in checking out our schools amine club. I'm not in to cartoons, but I could tell that my pal just needed a wingman, so I join him. It's at the club that I meet some of the people who are now my best friends, as well as the girl of my story, Caitlin. Of course, Caitlin catches my attention as soon as I walk through the door, but I don't actually talk to her yet. I just introduce myself to some of the guys, and by 5:00 I'm on my way home. The next week though, I finally have the courage to talk to Caitlin, but it doesn't go so well. Apparently I didn't make too bad of an impression though, because she hasn't told me to get lost. So the week after that I ask her for her number. (I would have talked to her more often, except she's a sophomore at the time and we never really saw eachother.) So I get her number, and I foolishly ask her if she wants to hang out with me and catch a movie or something. She says no because she wanted to spend time with her boyfriend. Fast forward a month, she and her boyfriend have been broken up for a while. I give it a little time, then ask her out again. She says no. We do start hanging out around school and become friends. We start to get to know eachother, and I eventually ask her out again. She says no again. So at this point, the last day and a half of my sophomore year, I'm thinking about asking her out again, to see if I can get around the friendzone. I'm sure you all will see me as some pathetic kid, but I really need some advice.
