Hi guys, first time poster - I think this community is awesome and the best thing so far ive seen here is that there are others like me too. I always thought if my dates don't go well, then something is wrong about me (well possible, but at least im not at 100% fault, lol).
This might sound like a trivial post, but please be nice! Anyway - this chick ive gone out on 1 date with (we made out). I went to see my family over holidays and now re-initiating contact w/her. Today we had 4-5 light/slightly funny text message exchanges and now i want to close it and ask her out for 2nd date. But i want to do it on a "high" not just abrupt asking. I am not a fan of texting, but she doesn't pick up the phone when i call...
her last message: "my nye was good -- went to wall street (for party, not for protesters, just so we are clear)"
what's a funny response? i was thinking of teasing by saying "does party mean you threw up your arms after one ****tail and turned in early, just like when we met?
" and then based on her response, invite her to ****tails for our next date.
any thoughts?
