im looking to get a job soon. but id like to go for one that gives me more opportunity to meet girls. A few thoughts i had. so if anyone has any more ideas or can expand upon how these jobs would go with meeting girls. i have a shortened schoolday and i just chill with my buds so i feel i need to be out in public more to have more chances.

ya i was thinking lifeguard. you just have to find and get a job at the right place. at the y there is usually just old people in the pool =(

a movie theatre maybe duno how you could iniate conversations?

what do you guys think of like a clothing store in the mall? or another store in the mall. there is this clothing store i went to and the employees like help people to find the right clothes for them that looks like good conversation maybe if i somehow became an expert in women's clothing haha. but maybe any job in the mall as it is a giant cluster **** of people. i know i could probably do well at game stop but girls + video games probably = nono

I worked in a movie theatre in high school. It was a great time. You don't get paid crap (which also means you don't really have to take crap from the boss either), but most everyone you work with is your age. You can hang out with these kids outside work and meet all sorts of new girls.

And in high school I noticed meeting girls from other high schools was exciting for them because they LOVED being able to talk to the kids at their school about their cool friend who goes to X school. It makes them feel cool to know they know kids at different schools.

If you are good at conversation the movie theatre is fun because people ask you all sorts of questions.

High school jobs are great so long as you don't take yourself or the job too seriously.

I had a friend that did nothing but work at a movie theater throughout highschool. He made so much money and worked more overtime then you can imagine. He must have been doing something really productive for them to keep letting him have that many hours though.

Just a reminder though a lot of jobs busiest times are on the weekends and holidays so you might have to make some sacrifices.

yea, movie theatres are busiest on weekends and holidays and all that mess, but that's half the reason a high school kid would work there. He can't exactly go out and get a nine to five, you know?

you might consider working at a skating rink if your town has one. I know ours has tons of hot teen girls working their. Though u really won't meet older female customers at one.
