A hot bath as soon as I wake up.
Don't be afraid to puke, it'll make you feel better.
I drink water, but only when I'm sure I'm not going to puke.
I'm also fond of orange juice.
I don't eat until mid afternoon assuming I get up at 10ish.
I often wake up early with a hangover, say 7-8ish. Stay up, lazing in bed isn't going to make you feel better.
Drinking spirits rather than lager should help you.
Drinking water every pints alright but you're pissing every five minutes.
