A few questions.

I've been seeing this girl since Thanksgiving and She really likes me. Last night when I was at her house she told me she liked me and asked if I liked her. I didn't say anything and just kissed her. I know not to tell her you love her in the first 2 months, but what about just telling her you like her? I am also able to spend the night there, her mom doesn't car but her step-dad hates me. Would this be a good move? I don't want to have sex with her, shes still a virgin and underage.

If the step dad hates you, then probably not. But if you have balls, then yes it would.

I know, look at the last word of my first post. My age is wrong, I'm 18 now. I don't wanna do her anyways.

Is it bad to tell her you like her if she asks you?

Its not something that i would do personally. Id be prone to saying something sarcastic or C&F. Show her you like her instead of telling her. So you dont wanna get her in the sack? Whats youre goal with her then?
