I never heard of meditation classes...I use centerpointe's Holosync Binaural Beats meditation...that gets really interesting at times...its like you are standing watching two sides of your brain have a conversation about a random topic and then when you emerge from the meditation you have a new understanding of that topic with views you may have never thought about previously...the sh!t can be crazy, especially since there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to why you get on a topic.

On the topic of Meditation I have been doing it on and off. When I do it, its usually for 20 minutes with some mediation music of my liking from youtube, from there I close my eyes and meditate and listen to my breathing and reinforce positive thoughts My problem is consistently doing it
