So if you higher a lawyer yes you wrote in legal fees to be paid and if this goes to trial which the ammount she owes you is more than most small claims court handle this is going to cost you thousands in attorneys fees that they will make you pay upfront. No promise you win and no promise that if you win she will have any assets they can just get for you. You should have attached the car as collateral making it legal for you to just repo it if she stops paying.
