Hi guys! Recently, my wife asked me for a divorce so now I find myself separated. I'm 60 years old, but still in great health and have a great libido. I've been told I don't look my age and honestly, I don't feel my age. I'm semi-retired and am financially secure with an IRA, I work part-time, and am building a side hustle. I'm not particularly fond of women my age (I'm sure you understand). I have no ambitions of marrying ever again. So what's a guy to do? Any suggestions?
First off take some time for yourself.Go see the world.

That's what you would do? Are you even interested in the people and culture? Getting into it solely for women would be a bad idea.
There's the beautiful Bangkok air pollution to marvel at.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

You either go east where the women there are more traditionally inclined to "want" to look after a man of your age that provides western status and security

OR

You start getting familiar with high end escorts in your local area

Sugar Daddying is very popular these days and younger girls ( especially broke students) will happily go for it

Not impossible to meet a woman in her 50's who isn't completely insane , many of that age won't be that heavily indrocnicated by social media but highly like to be alpha or beta widowed and there will be A LOT of life baggage that comes with her

What was the reason given for the divorce? Were things heading downhill for a while or did she catch you off guard? Do you live in a decently large populated area? That will obviously effect the amount of options you have
Are you willing to bang the hotwives your age? They're still old but generally decent for their age and from what I can tell there's little attitude.
Sure! Why not? Things were kinda on the downhill slide for a while.

If you don't look or feel your age, you can likely get women in their 40's. Do you get IOI's (indicators of interest) out in public, and if so typically from whom?

I already am, and I'm diligent on workouts, but it's science and nature that proves gaining a lot of muscle at 60 is extremely difficult. All the T boosters and protein powder in the world isn't going to change that.
Harder but not impossible. The two things holding most people back are they think their workouts are far more intense than they actually are and aren't willing to push themselves part what they think is their limit, which is really just a self imposed limit in their mind, and they don't lift heavy enough weights.

Intensity of workouts can never be duplicates by spending more time. Ie, a 20 minute intense workout will always get better results than a 60 minute non-intense one.

There's a lot of articles on the subject that say the same thing and try to give old guys encouragement, but all of them make clear how much harder it is. The systems in your body that build don't work as well when you get older, so even with prescribed TRT treatments, a specialized diet, and intense workouts it still may be out of reach to build *A LOT* of muscle at over 60.

On top of that, intense workouts aren't suggested for that age bracket, with possible cardio/heart concerns, and old joint issues, not to mention all the time in the gym it would take.

He'd be better off just maintaining a decent physical routine and getting his head right for the game.

Go out and enjoy life, you've earned it. Travel while you're still young enough.

If I was 60, I'd get in the best shape I could because that's always important and you should do that for yourself. Then, I'd get a rotation of sugar babies.

I just don't see a 60 yo male getting a hot looking woman that isnt in it for the money. It's next to impossible for a woman to look good after 50. I should say look good enough to put up with her b.s. just not much of r.o.i. on older women. About like an old sports car with a bunch of miles. Looks a little ragged, and everyone has already had their turn.
