I'm in on the no contact rule. She broke up with me earlier this year, I begged my way back, we lasted 3months and she broke up with me again. She often compared me with a colleague of hers that was making advances at her while she was still with me. She blocked me on social media after breakup but was still picking my calls. I wrote notes to her and sent her messages but a week after, I stopped. Her things were still at my place and she was reluctant coming to pick them up. I noticed she was trying to friend zone me. Early this month, I asked to take her out, but didn't work out due to poor communication on the day. The next day I forced her to come pick her things. She angrily came over to pick up her stuffs as I had requested. This was the last time I had contact with her. Today makes it 20days since I last contacted her. I think I feel better now. I intend to add this 60days challenge too and see how it helps me.
Thank you

Going no contact shouldn't be a strategy to get a girl back. It should be because you've moved on and don't give a #### about her any more. Easier to say than do sometimes I know, but it's not doing you any good to sit around counting the days until you reach back out to her to hopefully get her to let you be graced by her presence.

Above just beat me to it but yes that,Forget the 60 days...she`s gone now, possibly for good. Thats how you have to look at it. If she dropped you,she needs to pick up the ball and if she dosent, well, you know where you stand. but dont contact her,like,ever..thats my advice. If she wanted rid, give them what they want and THEY can live with the consequences

How were those three months? In hindsight, are you better off that you had those three months?

Why do you think she's breaking up with you? How did she make comparisons with that collegue that was making advances on you while she was with you? She broke-up with you to be with another guy?

Well, I actually feel good because I am beginning to see from an abundance point of view. I don't necessarily want her back even if she eventually comes back, so I am not doing the 60days for her but for me. I see the 60 days as a habit forming period. If I can stay 60days, then I can stay forever while getting bigger and better for myself.

1. The three months weren't any better than previous. I spent the whole of it doing everything possible to revive but she keeps comparing me to her male colleague that was making advances at her.

2. I confronted her concerning the guy, a week later she met me with the breakup. I see it as her making her choice on her perceived better guy

3. She gave flemzy reasons. Her comparisons? Well, she says I am not More masculine, she wants a man that acts like her dad, e.t.c and she See's all of it in the new guy than she does in me

You are better off without the three months and that would have happened had you gone on no contact earlier. Keep that in mind during the current no contact to help you stick with it.

Feck her. Pretend like she committed suicide and is six feet deep. Period.

as @corrector asked you; why she broke up with you?

Again forget the 60 days. Make it a 600 days challenge. See you again at 24 of August 2025. Me thinks you're over her by then

Even thinking about and having to go No Contact as a means in which not to contact someone inadvertently says this person has little care or concern about you and way too much power over you.

I wish you the best in moving on from this. To change is to not use your energy in trying to fix the old, but be completely focused on building the new.
