mosto f my lifts are still going up, when i cut i will be so sexy

well i was in the ****ing car for 9 hours today and still managed to have a decient wokrout. starting monday routins is back to what its norm was beacause im back home

press dwons 200x10 *easy*; 225x4 (this was a 26 plate added to the stack, i guess it weighs out a bit differ); 200x7

lateral raise 1 set dont remember weight forgot to write it down lol

this is now done, i made huge gains in the last 6 weeks or summer, football is started and my program has changed. i will not be updating this site as i find it to be a waste of time in doing so
