Personally, I don't believe in learning from others. I've been there and i've tried it, and no matter how valuable and true the lessons are people have to teach me - they will NEVER inspire me enough to act. Even this, right now, is never going to be as valuable to you as it is to me. "Be a man" and its principles are 10 times more inspiration to Pook then anyone else who has read it, "Authentic confidence" and its ideas is so much more appealing to Mr. Fingers then it is to me, you, or the biggest nerd of all time. Why? Because they learnt it themselves, they sweat, blead, cried and learned all that stuff on their own. There was noone to hold their hand.
Theres nothing wrong with you. If this site doesnt inspire you to approach it doesnt mean the people here that CAN approach are better then you, it just means they have found their inner inspiration while you are trying to get it from some external source. This site can only tell you "how", together we can discuss "how" but what's really important is "why". More on that later.
Without inspiration there is no action. BUT, without action there is no inspiration. Having said that: action leads to inspiration and this leads to more action. You have to get this cycle until it comes naturally. 4 weeks of hard work and concentration is plenty to get yourself in the midst of this cycle and start feeling good about hard work.
This is living. Getting in to this cycle is living. Action > Inspiration > Action > Inspiration > etc. But if one exists without the other how do you get IN the cycle? Well thats what our four steps are.
STEP 1: Figure out how
This is the easiest step of the entire process. The "How" of approaching girls is right here: go talk to them. Thats where you start. The "How" of getting a good body is going to the gym and eating well, you might have to see websites and get a workout/eating plan. There's the how.
STEP 2: Figure out why
Don't let the bad thoughts get in your head! Lock them out. Instead think about WHY you want this. Think about having girls, think about being able to talk comfortably to people, think about WHY you want something and you will be more enclined to act.
STEP 3: Act despite of mood
Chances are you still dont want to do it. So; do it anyway! Pump yourself up. Most people have one sentance that gets them worked up. Shout it out loud in your head! The sentance might be different depending on what it is your trying to do.
STEP 4: Action
Now go after it. Once you go for that first plunge it becomes ALOT easier. If you feel yourself loosing concentration just repeat the 4 steps.
Now, the challenge
Whats something you should be doing right now? Something you have been putting off. Go through the 4 steps and you will do it. Gauranteed. Remember the 4 steps if just for a week and do it every time necessary and soon you will be in the cycle.
