Even with steroids putting more than 5 pounds of muscle is impossible. Ya you gained 10 pounds in a month or whatever, that's also fat and water since you probably changed your diet and increased calories and water intake. Go read some bodybuilding.com and testosterone nation articles.speakeasy said:What do you guys think of this?

3 months of muscle, fat, water and bloat + exaggeration on the numbers. That guy is a KJ anyway.minime said:I don't know about a month, but the venerable Pook claims to have done it in 3 months:

You have no idea what you are talking about. Do you always just come to a conclusion with zero evidence whatsoever or just when it suits your purposes to sound tough and cool?Mad Manic said:3 months of muscle, fat, water and bloat + exaggeration on the numbers. That guy is a KJ anyway.
34 pounds = 15.5 kg. It's virtually impossible to add anywhere near that amount of muscle in 3 months. It takes years to add that much for a natural, even a roid user. It means a bit of muscle, some water, fat and bloat and adding a few pounds to the numbers. He's either an unbelievable rare anomaly or tooling us. Since when would a naturally very thin white guy have good genetics for muscle building anyway.mrRuckus said:You have no idea what you are talking about.
