Impossible, gaining a couple of pounds of muscle in a month is good going, I'd imagine 5lbs would be unbelievable in a month. So it's BS.

Not to mention tendons, cartilage, bones, organs, and other body tissue thickening in the process.

3 months of muscle, fat, water and bloat + exaggeration on the numbers. That guy is a KJ anyway.
You have no idea what you are talking about. Do you always just come to a conclusion with zero evidence whatsoever or just when it suits your purposes to sound tough and cool?

34 pounds = 15.5 kg. It's virtually impossible to add anywhere near that amount of muscle in 3 months. It takes years to add that much for a natural, even a roid user. It means a bit of muscle, some water, fat and bloat and adding a few pounds to the numbers. He's either an unbelievable rare anomaly or tooling us. Since when would a naturally very thin white guy have good genetics for muscle building anyway.
