Master Don Juan
A month has about 30 days, and how you spend those days shapes your life.
For instance, I see my family four times a month, have dinner with my gym group once a month, meet my work group once a week, attend church twice a month, go out on dates once a week, etc...
I’m actually following a calendar with fixed days for social events to make them feel more regular.
More exposure leads to more experience, making us bolder.
It would be a pleasure to hear what your ideal "30-day calendar" looked like during your best years when your social life thrived—not just because of dating but also due to finding balance and well-being. What are the activities you did, and how often did you do them each month?
