Hi folks, I think the mature man forum is excellent, however I'm not so sure that 25 years old can be considered 'mature'. Yes, we're all adults and living our own lives by the age of 25, but I think that 'mature' should be at least 35 or even 40 years old. At 25, you're just a young man with not a heap of life experience to be honest.
A guy of 25 posting here would not give much of a different perspective than a 22 year old, whereas a man of 35 or 40+ would.
Also, I see people complaining they are 'too old' or 'past it' at the age of 27 or 33 or 39 or whatever. This kind of thinking is absolutely ridiculous. A man's status actually improves with age. Older means more life experience. Older means potentially wiser. Older means more distinguished looks. Older means potentially you've moved closer to or fully achieved your dreams. Etc etc. So stop complaining about getting older (especially when you're only in your 30s for God's sake!). Start framing getting older as a positive thing, and you won't let it bother you again.
For the record, I'm still only 27, and will never let a number called 'age' affect my confidence or limit what I can do in life. I'll still be living my dreams when I'm 40, 50, 60, 70+ (if I live that long...).
Best wishes.
