I didn't lose it until 28. I know how you feel. Up until that point, I had to listen to everyone elses' get laid stories. It was quite depressing.

Looking back now, I could have lost it much earlier if I knew then what I know now. I didn't know it was a numbers game and you just have to try. I was convinced there was something major wrong with me. There isn't. (I still have to remind myself of this from time to time.)

That's what I'd like you to take from this. By all means do the self improvement stuff like working out, getting new clothes, etc. But understand that you can get laid. You just need to brainstorm and find a way to meet as many women as possible.

For now, think quantity over quality just to get the ball rolling. Then you can upgrade to quality.
