Then i focused on cu.uming quick and i did but she didnt.

She lied to me saying she did but it wasnt wet so i told her later she lied and she admited. I think she wanted to be nice

You should eat good quality oats or musli every day or a few times a week. Nature's Viagra. Never have a problem when I do.

i workout 4 times a week, eat more than I need, dont eat sugar, i do drink a lot of coffee tho.

maybe my mental state is not at best place atm but my body is killing it


I have some oat bran, so ill eat it. Should I eat it day before sex, couple hr before sex, or everyday?

i was sober whent his happened.

Yeah white thing kills my **** instantly for one day. alcohol also makes it more "soft"

I didnt work out that day.

Are you meeting (or getting a steady stream of) a lot of good-looking girls? Do you put a lot of time into that dating/sarging? Then yes, nofap will help. Otherwise, it's kinda pointless.

NoFap is basically like a "ramjet/scramjet" aircraft engine. Doesn't have the disadvantages of turbines, great at propelling aircraft to hypersonic speeds and doing a whole lot of cool stuff! The problem? You have to *already* be at supersonic speeds for it do anything!

Likewise, don't bother with nofap imo until you're getting to meet a reliable volume of girls (that you'd want to date) to begin with. Or, until you're flying the supersonic skies --- i.e., getting that high volume of good-looking girls!

*Edit: personally I'm focusing on the online dating segment. My profiles sucks (blurry pics no descriptions), and I gotta work on it. But, until it's worked out right and I'm getting a reliable stream of good-looking matches, there's no point in doing nofap. That's for afterwards when I have that stream and doing a lot of texting/meeting-up/etc. Basically, the key word is "volume" (yes I know you can get more "volume" with the chubbier ladies, but I need those better-looking ones in order to *improve* my game as the fatties will...generally be not much of a challenge. Chubbier chicks just don't play the hard-to-get thing that hard for me to improve my game lol).

But at 23 and if it is happening a lot.... Get yourself checked.

seems i have really big circulation problem


my left leg ankle area got really really big and swollen. i googled and seems circulation could be culprit. connect that with penis not going up, bad.



could it be cause i gained too much weight recently (mainly fat + some muscles)? because i gained really a lot

You gained too much body fat and when you have too much BF you are going to have low testosterone because BF converts test into estrogen which gives you limp ****.
Try to get in shape and eat a balanced diet.

My libido improved substantially when I lowered my body fat to 15%
