I started to see some hair fall out at 30. I started to take Biotin and a topical finasteride/minoxidil solution for my hair. Took a few months, but alls fine 10 + years later. You can get this online or go to your dermatologist for the topical finasteride/minoxidil solution. If you do not treat it sooner than later, you will end up with bald spots and thinning hair. Handle it now and it may not be an issue later. However, you need to use the topical finasteride/minoxidil solution at least once a day. Since I use it like styling gel, never an issue.

As for diet. Increase fruits, veggies, nuts, meats, eggs, chicken and wild seafood (not that farmed crap). Stay away from candy, sugar, breads, alcohol, and processed foods.

Stick with what I suggested. It works for me and millions of other men. Or play games with the natural approach and lose more hair @ 23.

If you want to talk, talk to your friends. If you want a girl to like you, listen to her, ask questions, and act like you are on the edge of your seat.

so 40 passed since i made this thread and im experiencing ever more hairloss.

i did read about biotin - seems you were deficient in it- what signs of biotin deficiency except hairloss did u experience?

that thing "topical finasteride/minoxidil" not sure what is it but it costs 40 usd >.> im gonna try with biotin alone for now - do you think that will do the job?

idk i get it from either stress or DHT that is in testosterone hormone BUT i never would suspect having big levels of testosterone

I promise you that the results you get from the time and effort dedicated to improving yourself internally will far exceed the results you get from spending your time, effort, and money obsessively trying to keep your hair (or "improving" anything else external).

Your identity, self-worth, and self-confidence should not be dependent on the number of hairs on your head.

I prefer chicks with large breasts. I am currently dating a chick with only average ones. One factor does not always necessarily equate to a deal breaker. If large breasts were an absolute deal breaker for me, then the girl I am dating shouldn't want to associate with me. I disqualify myself from her. I'm doing both of us a favor.......

... Same applies vice-versa. If a chick prefers guys with a full head of hair or who are very tall, it doesn't mean it's impossible for her to be attracted to you if you are balding or below-average in height. Many people date/bang outside their preferences. If height or hair were an absolute deal breaker for a chick, then you probably wouldn't want to be associated with her anyway. Instead of wasting both of your times, she disqualifies herself from you. She is doing both of you a favor.

Perspective.

Search "hair loss" in the forum. I wrote extensively on the topic. Read all the threads.

No worries young one: If the hair loss gets too extensive, you can sell a few thousand Big Macs on the black market and get a FUT or FUE.

It took awhile, but biotin and topical finasteride/minoxidil has helped me grow back all my hair. Here's what I use:

JARROW FORMULAS TOCO-SORB - GNC. You can prob. find it cheaper on eBay though. I try to buy in bulk once the price is a bit lower. For the topical finasteride/minoxidil, I use DualGen-15 NO PG Plus.

I started to lose my hair under extreme stress from work, family deaths and my divorce, so stress does increase DHT and cortisol production I am told. If you do not work out or at least walk/run, you should start so that helps with the stress reduction.

HTH.

Diet problems?
My mates a body builder running all kinds of gear. Anadrol, test, d vol, etc. It's pretty evident that he's experienced hair loss or thinning. As in, follicles are falling out. Follicles are thinning.

I am no doctor but I can make several suggestions.

Clean up your diet. Eat healthy. Checkout E. Braverman and his book. Eat foods high in zinc and copper. Foods such as barley, beets, garlic, nuts, pecans, radishes, raisins, and seafood. Alternatively, you can eat fish and supplement with fish oil, zinc, copper. Eat foods great for circulation like beet greens, black currants, mangoes, sweet peppers, and pineapple which are great for circulation. Much science associates hair loss with circulation or lack thereof.

If you have MPB (male pattern baldness), you're ****ed sooner or later. If you are that worried, jump on Rogaine, and consider the big three. Do your research. Are you balding or light shedding which is natural. Finally, STOP WASHING YOUR HAIR. I REPEAT, STOP WASHING YOUR HAIR. The ingredients are trash in 99% of the store bought shampoos. If you check the site, skinDeep and you input ingrients into the site from say your deodorant, you'll find many are high risk cancer causing. Much are causing hair loss and damage. This can be said for the hair putt, wax, and sprays people use. Don't dye your hair either. If you are going to use anything, conditioner, and buy a holistic product. Likely, you have a oily scalp and predisposed to dandruff. Hair loss follows. I've heard people speculate about pH level and hair loss.

Finally, get stress under control. Checkout meditation and yoga. Get laud. Chill out if you do everything you can, get a good barber to fix you up. Grow out the top, undercut or buzz it. If all else fails go Dwyane Johnson, shave it off, and go get deezed.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

Man,

I apply coconut oil everynight in my head. This saved my hair. I don't know why exactly. Aparently there are studies linking coconut oil to DHT. I don't know, all I know is it works.

I decided to try based on some stuff I read on the internet. I did not believe it, but gave it a try. This thing started working within 1 or 2 weeks. Its been 4 months now and my hair keeps getting better and better. My bald spot with no hair now has like 70% hair and the hair in rest of the head is stronger and thicker.

I don't know about long term, but I am pretty happy with my hair regrowth from coconut oil. I will soon try other natural oils too.

Edit: Do your research on post finasteride syndrome before consider taking it. My opinion? It's poison. It's like playing Russian Roulette with your d1ck.

You can just take coconut oil orally and it does the same thing, just less greasy. Finasteride is FDA approved for MPB. In addition, the topical solution does not get absorbed by the blood.

I started balding at 19. I would get on Finasteride and Nizoral, minox made me shed really bad so I didnt use it. Your libido might drop and you might experience weaker erections, depends on the individual. I discontinued Fin when I was 31. I am now 40 and am satisfied with my hair, no balding in the crown and slight receding hairline norwood 2. I suffered through alot of the sides but I am glad I went on it.

Thanks for the tip.

Yes, finasteride is a FDA approved drug. And, best of all, it works. I has been proven to work. The problem with this, in my opinion, is the astonishing amount of reports of the so called "post finasteride syndrome". I prefer to stay away from it because as I said it's like Russian Roulette with your d1ck. I would rather lose all my hair than have the POSSIBILITY of those fckd up side effects.

Grow your hair long for a comb over, I'm lucky I've retained my hair at 42 years old, its getting some grey streaks. I've noticed the younger generation balding is more prevalent not sure if its diet, genetics or what.

That's only with the oral route, not the topical. Since it doesn't go into the bloodstream, it's not absorbed into the body, just the follicle. I'm over 40 and have rock hard erections and can go several times in an hour. Not had any side effects on the finasteride oral route, and I've been on it for over a decade.

Thats good to know. Since coconut oil is working i will stick to it. But that might be a safe option for OP.
But remember OP, do your research

You should go to the doctor and have your thyroid checked and blood drawn.

Had a buddy loose his hair because of a thyroid problem that was curable.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.
