I'm trying to get seriously cut, ripped, and busting out in muscles, but not on a freakish level. I want to be able to bounce a woman off my body for an hour, without her feet touching the ground.
..right now, I got the hr long thing down hehe.. but as far as keeping her in the air that long, not yet... 20mins max, and I'm putting her on her knees.
I'll let you all in on my diet, and workout plan later tonight, it'll take too long to type out, and I've got to get ready for work soon. If I can find the info I need to get seriously cut first...
..and starving yourself is a no no. That's just workout common knowledge. I didn't eat 6 times a day either. I was lucky to have 3 meals a day with my busy schedule, but at the very least I had 3. I probably should of had 5.
