Starts in the kitchen big boy. :) ..but yeah, to all the above.

Again, my question is, should I start running?

Recently, I've been called "scrawny".. which I thought I'd never here. lol! ...flabby is another, but can you be scrawny AND flabby at the same time? hmmm? Haters. :D

I'm pretty strong, by some standards. I'd like to do 20 pullups, 100 pushups, and 100 situps in one set, by end of the year. Right now, 10 pullups, 60 to 70 pushups, and 30 situps. :(

No, I meant what exactly was your approach?

Six meals a day, carb cutoff, morning cardio 5 times a week coupled with weights three times a week?

Eating 1000 calories a day?

Low carb, anabolic diet...

What cardio did you do, how often, how much...?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

 good job losing the weight. But HOW did you lose it? Starving yourself????

Yes - running, lifting weights, and a great diet will suit your needs. Sorry, your going to have to cut your consumption of Italian ice to a couple times a week lol

What are your goals? To lose weight only? Gain muscle? Its hard to have a six pack with your ab muscles so small. What do you want to look like so we can help you achieve it.

Yes if you weigh little, little muscle, some fat still there. This means 'skinny-fat'.

I'm trying to get seriously cut, ripped, and busting out in muscles, but not on a freakish level. I want to be able to bounce a woman off my body for an hour, without her feet touching the ground. :D ..right now, I got the hr long thing down hehe.. but as far as keeping her in the air that long, not yet... 20mins max, and I'm putting her on her knees.

I'll let you all in on my diet, and workout plan later tonight, it'll take too long to type out, and I've got to get ready for work soon. If I can find the info I need to get seriously cut first...

..and starving yourself is a no no. That's just workout common knowledge. I didn't eat 6 times a day either. I was lucky to have 3 meals a day with my busy schedule, but at the very least I had 3. I probably should of had 5.

At least 3 years of hard training, great diet, full dedication and great genetics then? People on here have very unrealistic expectations you know. They start a routine and a diet and expect to look amazing within 6 months. They then go off the training and diet because they're too busy drinking and going out and eating takeaways. Are you prepared to stop going out?

175 and you want to cut? You'll just get weaker doing that right now....and i don't think thats what you want. You think your a shrimp now...wait till you cut to get ..."ripped", you don't have much muscle on you at all. It will just be a confidence killer and when you reach that level of cutness you'll look so tiny you will be sorry you did that. And your girl will probably crush you when she's on top.

I highly recommend bulking.

I've been doing it for 12 months.. so there's a bit of dedication there. :) I mean 220 to 175? Not bad at all, really. I quit smoking, eating right, etc. Trust and believe me when I say to you, this didn't happen over nite. ;)

Bulk up? ...really? I spent all this time trying to lose this weight...

5'11 175lbs.. 38 years old.

its all amatter of what size you want to be. by your description, what i am suggesting will be better, than when your big enough, you cut off like 15 20 lbs in like 2-3 months and look amazing.

Suggestion for bulking, please.

Off to work, will read and reply when I get home. Thanks all.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Congrats on your transformation! From the pictures, I'd say you're 12 weeks away from being in great shape with a six pack and all. You just need to learn a few things and give 100% committment, not 85.

Dude you need to educate yourself on diet and excercise and there's no place better to do it than bodybuilding dot com. There you will find all your answers to your questions and also get the supplements you need to be in top shape. It has helped me a great deal and I'm now about a month out from single digit bf%.

You are out of your mind...the only way he's 12 weeks away is if he strips 20 lbs...and thats only a MAYBE...but then he'd weigh a measily and unattractive 155. It takes a lot more dedication than 12 weeks Mr.WISEASS

Are you a freakin advertisement? There's a lot of conflicting information on that site from what i've seen. And there's plenty of amazing advice here.
