im at a stand still. Im afc because im not getting results and idk what to do. idk where to go from here. any reading or videos i can watch to lift my spirits?

I'd also be more selective with the girls you deal with. Make strict rules how much Bullsh*t you're willing to accept, and dump those girls that don't suit your expectations.
And remember, it only takes a few seconds to meet a new girl, many people make the mistake that they spend weeks trying to turn around a certain girl, while in the same time they could meet dozens of new girls. It's a simple numbers game

3. Turn blind and approach one girl daily.
