I'm a complete newb; pleas take that into account.
I was sitting one row behind and left of a girl in this humongous psych class auditorium. I came in a bit late so she noticed me when I walked in. After I sat down, she would look over at the girl next to her, when the prof said something funny, but the other girl wasn't looking at her. that's when I saw her face and how damn hot she is.
Then ten minutes from end of lecture, she turns around and looks up at me, and I looked back and we made deep eye contact and held it for a bit (she broke it . Once, the lecture was over, I waited a couple moments and she locked eyes again and smiled.
I took this as a sign to mean that she wanted to be approached. I got up right before she got up. Stupidly I thought I should lead the way... ie. be the dominant man, etc. But walked toward the rear entrance, and she went toward the front.
I would like desparate if I turned around and approached her then, no?
Was this the right thing to do? What should I do next time?
