Hey guys, been studying personal magnetism for a while. Anyhow, yesterday I came across this video on Youtube, a 1 minute personal magnetism exercise. Now, being very skeptical, I wanted to try the exercise and just comment on what a load of bullsh!t it was, but I tried it, and the result was a positive feeling (much like what is achieved with EFT) which has lasted all throughout the day. I'm not saying, that this will boost personal magnetism, but the feeling I got after doing the exercise was simply incredible. Since there weren't many comments on what people felt after doing the exercise, I wanna see if you guys have the same effect from it. Give it a go, it seems like complete quackery but I was surprised with what I felt.

I usually don't get much success with these things, but this one was actually pretty cool and legit. Thanks for sharing it.

the power of suggestion is an amazing thing.

take that minute and look in the mirror. practice making a brad pitt confident sexy smile come often, and naturally. shoulders back, head up, and unwavering eye contact (but not to the point of being creepy).
now today, use it on every chik you run into. a confident smile makes those around you think you have got it all together. thats what jimmy carter beat gerald ford with in 76. then when it came down to actually doing the job.... :( so what happened? the same happened to him 4 yrs later when the confident actor ron reagan wiped the floor with him

I read that when successful people smile, they bring the smile on just a little slower than normal. If you put a consious effort into smiling more slowly, you can get in the habit of it, and you are perceived as higher value to everyone. Im not sure why, but famous, and powerful people smile slowly, rather than put on an instant huge smile. Watch people on TV smile closely, and you will see it.

Then, watch some normal people, and nerdy people smile, and you will notice, they bring the smile on really fast.

Its wierd, but true.
