What types of things do you do during dinner/coffee dates to escalate things kino-wise? Usually, you're sitting across a table from her, so I've found that it's difficult to escalate things physically during the date. Any tips are appreciated!

I think it depends a lot on the woman... Smoking has historically always been seen as sexy. But a lot of girls nowadays find it really disgusting for men to smoke. If you're going to be kissing her later on, it will make your mouth taste like a cigarette.
