    Bulking..

    hey thanks for the quick replies. Im only 6'0 170lbs so I figured the PB was good for me.. I need the calories. I need to get about 3700 or so and the peanut butter is a big help. I get lots of protein. I drink 2 whey shakes a day and usually a chicken breast, legs, etc for dinner and such.

    Hey ive been following diesels guide and am finding good results. Averaging about 2lbs a week for a first few weeks. I was just wondering if I should still be working on my abs during bulking? Also peanut butter sandwichs are good right? I eat about 3 a day lol
