    Hello, I have a question about fat burners: I recently bought one, and the guy told me that it wouldnt work unless I do a lot of cardio (20+ mins on the bike and stuff). I was wondering if that is true, because, acording to what i´ve read on the board, long cardio is kinda overrated...

    CORRECTED DATA I just found "LIFEFORCE´s Faq", and realized that to get my weight in LBS, I had to multiply my weight in KG X 2.2 So, my weight currently is 187 LBS, not 170. , and my height is officially 6´. Sorry for the incorrect data! Looking forward to hear what you think.
