Has anybody tried the M3 Model from Mystery? It's a field-tested and it worked for Mystery from what i heard. It contains routines and other methods. If you know what M3 Model is and have tried it, let me know.

im doing an 18-20 hour fasting a day.. so its not bad.. i've been going thru alot of stress from disorder so i cant fast the whole day for six days i eat for only 30 minutes and i fast rest of the day or occassionally

you have a poor habit, but you can always adjust yourself. you definetly need something to do other than computer, get a job or go outside with your friends and hang out often.
