    Hi garruk, As I have joined the gym and can't enjoy the stuff you ate. I prefer going to some Chinese hotel as they have balanced diet there. Last month I took my kids to KFC and I enjoyed the salad there.

    Don't cardio on an empty stomach

    Hi manuva, I never went on tread mill with empty stomach. My gym coach advised me so. I took protein shake or egg related stuff before doing cardio exercises. Thanks for the sharing the reason behind it. provo boot camp
