    No just no. Even when you take Designer Steroids/ Prohormones that are very "wet" and add a lot of both dry mass and water weight, you still won't get 35 pounds in that time frame.

    One of Pook's low moments, in that blog and his What every skinny guy should know post, he was obviously plugging in Anthony Ellis' workout program which happens to cost money. He claims muscle memory but I doubt it works like that. Even with prohormones and designer steroids 35 pounds is a lot.

    Turned out this was the biggest factor. I locked my wrists tight and focused on keeping them completely rigid throughout the whole motion and most of the wrist pain was gone (not all, but most). Thanks man.
