    any healthfood store they come in boxes or sold as singles. the boxes are usually hid away so you got to ask the salesperson to lead you to them if you don't see them. All flavors are awesome chocolate chip and cookies and creme are my fav

    Stamina - increasing it

    My new routine will cause u to have great stamina especially because of the last exercise which if done to the max should leave you flat on your back in the gym for 10 minutes or so after your done and good luck getting up the stairs this is what i do. and similiar with every other split day...

    Squats/Deadlifts

    Not a problem man those are your spinal erectors getting burnt after an exercise I do believe. They seem to kill after heavy weights are used. When i get past the 400 pound mark with my deadlifts my back gets very stiff but it goes away after an hour or two.

    replace the nutrigrain bars with Meso-Tech Bars high protein and carb plus they taste awesome
