Thank you all for replying. I've been getting a ton of messages saying how to improve my text game, as if this has ended and I have no way of fixing it. Is this true? Should I just move on? All my friends think it's a definite botch but it's fixable.

There are people who are very good at using texting to game. I, meanwhile, have pretty much screwed up because I didn't follow the basic texting guidelines (ie one text at a time, etc ).
