Recommended for who? Lol. You must be referring to the nutrition label on the back of a box. My recommended calorie intake is different than yours or anyone else’s. This has to be goal oriented. I’m still in my bulk or off season. Those calories change once I start coming into a cut.
I hear you on that. My daily calorie intake is 6500 cals for a solid bulk. That doesn’t include cheat meals throughout the week either. It ain’t easy growing, but you have to make yourself grow. Some people will never understand that.
