Article: Marriage rates are up, and divorce rates are down, new data shows

There’s a difference between “most” as 62%, and “most” as 80% as you said. There’s no need to push an anti-college, pro-trades agenda. The bottom line is, marriage rates have declined due to female income growth in the market. Hypergamy does not allow a fruitful union when the wife makes more...

Article: Marriage rates are up, and divorce rates are down, new data shows

I wouldn’t say overeducated. More education is not a bad thing. It’s just too many of these degrees are junk degrees, rather than a professional education. Society can’t have “too many” scientists, health care professionals, lawyers, engineers, accountants, journalists, and teachers. We can...

What is this "taxation is theft" meme I read from american users on twitter?

Well. I like private businesses not being able to pollute our water. Or not being able to put whatever they want in our food / drugs. Or not being able to build cars and planes with zero safety standards.

How many eggs daily can be eaten safely in the long term?

Safely? Highly individualistic. Eggs are interesting because on one hand they are a highly nutritious protein source but on the other hand they are not essential to the human diet. The main issue with eggs is of course, the cholesterol. Some people can 6 eggs a day and it will have no affect...

Probably not, but they are considered central New Jersey. They are NYC bedroom communities; not Philadelphia. I think you are missing the point; the salaries are not equal. The “savings” that you are investing don’t exist. Instead, the smart buyer does what @RickTheToad suggested and finds...
