For anyone who's an experienced accountant or business owner, do you set up as an S-Corp for tax purposes?

Tax law is complicated in the US. It's understandable if you don't know everything in the tax code. They could add something new tomorrow, and nobody would notice. Also, I agree, the consult/expert opinion is a tiny expense in the grand scheme of things. It basically comes down to the IRS...

For anyone who's an experienced accountant or business owner, do you set up as an S-Corp for tax purposes?

Basically, some note taking and learning. I have the "Theoretical" part down, but not the "Application" or experience. Eventually, I will set up an S-Corp. It's just a matter of "when". I've never set up a business. Ultimately, I'm trying to get a better understanding of Legal & Tax entities...

For anyone who's an experienced accountant or business owner, do you set up as an S-Corp for tax purposes?

Looking for people who have experience in this area to give their experiences or general advice regarding S-Corps. It seems like most people don't understand the benefits of filing as an S-Corp. It's not as complicated to structure your business this way, especially if you have a good accountant...

If you inherited 1 million what would you do?

I've never filed as an S-Corp or any other business type entity for tax purposes. I've only filed with W-2 wages as an employee. I learned this in a Corporate Tax class when I was in college. Also, I work for a small HVAC business where they set up as an LLC/S-Corp. The primary benefit would be...

What exercise(s) make you feel best?

Bear crawls are pretty good, but I've never done them uphill or with weight. I'll have to try that. Weighted vest could be good. Sled sounds pretty good too. I bet they're great for conditioning/endurance.

    Creepiness

True. I might rephrase it for myself as "Does she want to **** you or not **** you", before you've said a single word. At that point, all you have to do is not **** it up.

    Creepiness

Great point. 100% agree. Combine your confident mental state (self-fullfilling prophecy )with Red pill awareness & Skilled Game, along with some other variables, (looks, money). Almost the perfect guy. I can't imagine. The complete package.

    Creepiness

It seems like 90% of the battle is understanding non-verbal communication. Maybe I'm wrong, but it has a lot to do with it.

    Creepiness

I didn't think about it like that, but that's a good point about charisma in an average guy vs charisma in a good looking guy. I could expect an average looking guy with great social skills/charm to be very attractive to women. The part I didn't think about was how a really good looking dude...

    Creepiness

I understand the general idea behind it. Essentially, a woman has ruled you out for sex, and maybe you don't get the hint that she's not interested (blue pill/simp/plugged in/AFC). Her hindbrain is either telling her you're a danger to her, or her hypergamy is insulted and she's disgusted by a...

Did becoming unplugged change what music you listen to?

Yeah, sometimes it's hard to imagine famous people, even in music, are mostly plugged in like the rest of society. We highly regard these people because of their skill and performances. Still enjoy the music, it's just hard not to view every song through a red pill lense.

How many treat days do you guys have?

A lot of times I'll drink a zero sugar energy drink (Monster Zero, Reign, etc.) and I'll notice one of the ingredients is Salt. It's amazing what you find when you pay attention to what you're consuming. I knew added sugars weren't good for you, especially in large amounts, but it never occurred...

How many treat days do you guys have?

Do you know the foods that have natural salt? Is it safe to assume the more natural the food, the better? Also, I get the sweating part. I've had times where I had to add a little extra salt from working out during the spring/summer, or in the middle of the day outside.

Why Women Who Own Their Sexuality Are Empowering

Seeing the forest through the trees. Good point. It's almost as if women have become more like men (Masculine), and men have become more like women (Feminine). Regardless of social construct (Feminism), biology wins out. Women respond to what they respond to, regardless of social conditions.
