Being hispanic myself, I gotta say Colombian, Mexican and Brazilian are my favorites; Colombian women especially get me going (Shakira... damn). Since Brazilians don't typically speak spanish, and Colombia is a drug war, I'd say go to Mexico. Venezuelans are hotties, too, from what I've seen.
