Just say "Thanks!" And go from there...next time that happens ask to talk to the girl that thought you were cute...chances are she's really shy and you won't have to do much flirting except for "Hi" and getting her number.

Pool is the best...then after a few drinks (I can't play for **** without a buzz) everything comes so much easier. Plus it's not really putting yourself out there if you invite a chick to come shoot some pool with you, and a lot of girls aren't that good so you can always teach them something.

I think it's like buying weed for the first time... If you don't know how to ask, it's gonna be hard to do and people will be kinda suspicious that you're up to something. On the other hand, if you know what you're doing and act like it's no big deal, you can start getting picky and haggling...

Nothin' to it...just make it a date for drinks, by the time you leave you won't think twice about saying "come here" and pulling her in for a makeout session.
