    Have you tried knee bands? They may help a little bit. I know when i play basketball i need to have a wristband because my right wrist is a bit weak.

    disproportionate biceps gain

    One bicep will ALMOST always be stronger than the other, that is ok. As long as you are not curling 35 with one, and only 25 with another, you will be okay. A small difference, IE ur left arm gives out b4 your right is ok.

    im 5"9 15 years old Bench 180 Squat 275 Calf press 4.5 plate Curl 35 Fat about 13% Shoulderpress 115 lbs Im still workin on all my stats, i go to the gym about 6 times a week, 10 hours a week.
