If you really want to get laid and have a 100 plus lay count, then follow this post now!
Age: The younger the better, but I can't help you if you are over 50ish. If you are in college or college age, then this is your golden opportunity.
I don't think the typical 50+ guy is interested in getting a 100+ notch count at that point in his life.
Let's consider a typical 50-55 year old man in 2025.
A 50-55 year old man in 2025 is likely a man that was in a monogamous marriage for a long time. He's a divorced guy with 1-3 kids. His kids are high school/college aged, with the possibility that his oldest kid is now a mid-20s aged person.
A 50-55 year old man is a core Generation X'er right now (1970-1975 birth). Most of Generation X had a healthier sexual marketplace when they were younger. The Millennials never got that and neither did the late X'ers like Roosh (born 1979). Generation X had less tech in their formative years, so they've had better social skills than the Gen Y/Millennial births of the 1980s (the first half of that generation).
A 1970-1975 born guy had his 20s during the 1990s/early 2000s. That was his time to put up bigger notches. The typical 1970-1975 born guy used the 1990s/early 2000s to get into the LTR that likely ended up in a divorce. He might have put up some notches in the 1990s/early 2000s.
I think a 50-55 year old single and unattached guy right now just wants some steady pussie over time. I also think that 40-49 year old guys are mostly like this. These are not guys chasing big notch counts though they could want multiple women over time. They are far more likely to be serial monogamists than hardcore players.
Why shvtting where you work doesn't matter here because A). There's a high turnover in jobs in these industries, so the girl you banged could be gone the next day and B). You are expected to be horny degenerates in these industries. There's no social contract or expectations for a server, dishwasher, and bartender at a sushi restaurant. Last, parties do happen lol, but you just were not invited to them or hung around the wrong crowd.
I have worked both retail and in a restaurant in my life.
In observing these environments, it's possible and even realistic to have sex with co-workers. Getting into relationships isn't a big deal in these industries either.
The #1 reason why it is acceptable to have sex with your co-workers in low wage service sector jobs is the high turnover rates. If a male does have sex with a co-worker in these jobs (often called McJobs), either he or his female co-worker will likely be working elsewhere within a few months. That's not a big deal as compared to white collar work. Additionally, a lot of people who take retail/restaurant jobs take those jobs as a planned short term job anyway.
A lot of retail/restaurant workers still live with a parent/parents and are not using the job as a job that could be a full time, long range career job.
I have said before that one of the biggest perks of McJobs is sex with co-workers.
There are retail/restaurant environments where that environment is less common as
@Oatmeal31 pointed out, but a lot of retail/restaurants/bars are a lot like
@CornbreadFed and I have discussed.
