One of my daily routines during the day is the following in this order:

1.) Yoga/exercise
2.) Japa meditation- Chanting God’s Holy names
3.) God centered lotus meditations
4.) Reading The Bible or The Bhagavadgita
5.) Praying, Praying for people I know and around the world
6.) Gratitude prayer
7.) Playing acoustic guitar Holy music
8.) Offering that worship session to God
9.) Doing chores around the house
10.) Spray my room with nice smelling air freshener
11.) Get a cup of wine or water
12.) Sit down and enjoy this relaxing, refreshing mood by connecting with support Groups such as this.

I’ll name one Facebook group which I think is cool. It’s called ‘ A group of people that pretends to be a family’, Love the vibe and positivity of that group. It’s from people from all walks of life. And the Groups you go to, shouldn’t be about dating either, it could be a comradery with your careers, hobbies, an illness or depression your suffering from, a habit you’re trying to get rid of etc.

Just going to those Support Groups day by day is a good form of social momentum and a natural way of connecting with others from a technological sense. So these type of things definitely helps.

I don't know what parts of the Bible you are reading that are cool with also being Hindu. One religion is monotheistic and the other isn't. I'm not saying which one is right, just that you don't get to be both at the same time.

So you don't have a job?

Because that's important to put this in the right context. If you are retired and living it up in the Philippines, great for you. But most of us in the west will have to work sometimes two jobs and take care of numerous side hustles.

I kinda miss "going to the gym" by the way.

And how do you translate all this into being more attractive and actually coining in on that?

But you do gotta point, Im a simple man at the end of the day who found the recipe to live a content, comfortable life….. My parents have a hotel that they own out here, I wouldn’t mind being a janitor and a cook out there, just to help out the staff.

Then maybe when Im done with my shift, get a few drinks, sing karaoke and do this routine at night and sleep contently…well it helps anyways, my demons sometimes attack me because Im schizophrenic. So yeah, I wouldn’t mind being a simple menial worker like a night shift janitor and a cook….because Ive got my pension to assist me and anything after that is complementary.

Thank you for your service.

I find the content you post to be a little over the top, but thank you for sharing with us your mental health diagnosis , as it makes more sense now.

My cousin, God rest her soul, had schizophrenia. She died way too young. You’re lucky that you have family that can support you in a country that may actually allow you to maintain a stable life with your Air Force pension.

Please make sure you are receiving regular psychiatric and psychological support.

Yes, I exercise, take my meds, have a few hobbies to keep me stable….and when the demons attack, I turn to my spiritual practice to keep me calm and content.

I always look at it this way, Im a Schizophrenic who found a sense of balance and inner-peace wherever Im at, in The States or abroad. Not only that but land a few dates with a few cute girls and make friends in the process. My advice would help out a stable guy mentally way more, coming from a guy like me because he can do more as a functioning person.

Im no dating expert, but I am a contentment expert in the sense that I know a few thing or two about finding inner peace wherever you are. And I believe I can offer a few tips on that with this forum.

I appreciate the good vibes and let me offer a couple financial vibes of my own, as someone who has a little bit of background in this. I don’t think the States have much to offer you at a $50,000 pension that is subject to taxes. I think you have a much better shot surrounded by family who own property and can support you including with meaningful work, in your native country, with socialized healthcare, where your dollar will go 90% further and you can save. I would not come back. You have a great opportunity where you are. Better than most. All I would say is that if you don’t have a VA disability rating you should be working on getting one, it’s extra tax free income.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.
