I'm not the biggest fan of Jordan Peterson but I respect him for having balls and standing up for his beliefs. The guy was a tenured professor at the University of Toronto (arguably the most prestos university in Canada). He also had a successful practice as a clinical psychologist. He had to give it all up because he was opposed to political correctness and the woke agenda. His psychologist license was revoked over the gender pronouns nonsense and he resigned from U of T to protest DEI initiatives (they made it impossible for straight white males to get research positions). He's one of those rare people who actually put their money where their mouth is.

I watched peterson's interview on lex friedman and decided he's not someone worth listening to. Then lex friedman interviewed zelensky, so I unsubscribed and blocked him as well.

The only advice worth listening to is whoever tells you to make money.

Both peterson and lex are on the bleeding edge of B/S. Whatever B/S is popular, they roll with it. Blind people follow. It's their business, they make money on B/S. So take advice from what they do, not what they say, make a ton of money.

I agree with this. For the most part, his influence is beneficial. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed watching his butt kicked in a debate years ago.

A lot of mass killings, even ones that weren't specifically motivated by inceldom (like Elliott Rodger), have been carried out by men who get little to no sex.

Jordan Peterson is onto something when he says society would be more stable if we returned to the days when just about every man got a woman.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

Good point but if Elliot wasn't an incel I don't know who is.

Yeah because women have no feelings so you should just be able to buy them like they are kettle.

You're insane.

I probably could have worded my post better.

I meant it as in: Elliott's mass killing was specifically motivated by his inceldom. On the other hand, there have been mass killings that were carried out by incels even if the official motivation wasn't inceldom.

Perhaps the most notable example of a mass killing carried out by an incel (but for a motivation other than inceldom) is Timothy McVeigh.

There was all sorts of stuff wrong with Timothy McVeigh. That being said, if he had better luck with the ladies, it's quite possible he wouldn't have mentally degraded to the point of going on his rampage.

Somehow I knew I'd get words put in my mouth for making that post.

No, I'm not saying a man should buy a woman, nor am I saying a woman should get forced to be with a man she's not attracted to.

I mentioned Timothy McVeigh to the other poster.

Timothy McVeigh wasn't a bad-looking guy. Yet, based on what I've read about him, it's likely he died a virgin. The one woman he expressed interest in wasn't into him.

Additionally, Timothy was on record saying he was nervous around the ladies (which would explain why he didn't make moves more often)

If a woman making a move on a man was the social norm, however, I guarantee gals would have made moves on Timothy McVeigh (which, as a result, would have drawn his attention away from plotting a rampage)

In other words, a society where a woman makes a move on a man she's attracted to could have prevented all those victims from dying in Oklahoma City.

I hope you understand way this comment is highly inappropriate. Imagine being a loved one of one of those victims and hearing incels say this out loud. It's basically a threat.

You put the blame on individual women that have the freedom of choice to NOT want him. Women are not one entity like "a government ". Every woman is an individual being.

For all we know that maniac would chill the feck down on a Friday, have some ballz and be social with people and women and find a nice "gall". Or he would've swiped right on a Bleu Sunday and matched a cutie.

The fact that you justify this tells me all I need to know about you( may there have been aby hope for you). You should be ashamed for saying this.

I'm in no way saying what Elliott and Timothy did was good, nor am I saying I'd do what they did.

Nor am I saying a woman who didn't want to be with Elliott or Timothy should have been forced to.

Here's what I'm saying: With their looks, I guaran-fvcking-tee there were gals who wanted to be with Elliott and Timothy, yet never made a move because it's not as socially acceptable for a woman to make the first move (As for your suggestion that Elliott and Timothy should have made more moves: some men aren't cut out to make the first move)

You can acknowledge the fact their rampages were bad while simultaneously acknowledging the fact they might have never descended into plotting a rampage if they had better luck with the ladies.

I don't call for rampages. What I call for is a society where the woman makes the first move more often. Elliott and Timothy would have had decent luck in such a society.

It's interesting how feminists sympathize with criminals if they can blame poverty or racism for why the criminal did the crime, yet feminists have no sympathy whatsoever when inceldom drives a man to commit a crime.
