I'm referring to the change of tone of posts. First @Bible_Belt is saying I have a crappy outbound call center job, next he's worried about stealing xyz from the employer which doesn't add up for this type of work. I did not understand that.

You're a telemarketer. Your job sucks. Your coworkers are losers. I've had your job, so I know. Bragging that you fit in with these people is sad. You ought to be the best, it's not that hard compared to these people, and then you could get a better job. But that isn't happening when you focus you energy on screwing off at work.

You can't look for another job while you are working at your desk though. If you are making an argument about "stealing employers time", then that would fall into it, just like any other activity that's not direclty related to the task you are donig, or reading "authorized" material from that office if there is a slow day, between the calls.

Oh by the way, I don't "steer" at the smartphone screen. You are talking about an occasional peek of a running video when nobody's looking. Videos are treated much the same way as if was an actual real person. Just like you wouldn't steer at a lady working out in a Gym that has tight yoga pants and is doing squats while you are in adjacent machine doing your own thing, but might peek around, the videos are also treated a similar way. If you look too much at those videos, then it's that grey-zone of feeling creepy looking at those types of videos, because you it's not how you would behave in real life, say, if you were in a Gym. or space where there was a lady twerking around by herself (ie within a Gym), etc...
