I question whether this whole thing matters might be a sham to encourage women to monkey branch more and be promiscuous and shop around.

Humans aren't hardwired for lifetime monomogamy, thus the liklihood of marriages dissolving over time(And the union becoming stale and repetitive) is high. Those odds just skyrocket among attractive celebrities, who have alternatives and indeed upgrades to their current SOs offering themselves up to said celebs on a regular basis. It would actually be surprising to discover that both Brady and Bundchen HADN'T both cheated on one another a few-several times prior to their divorce
