Found a very interesting POV about socializing.
"
The spontaneous response to delocalization may seem to be "socializing," but it is this very act of socializing at all costs that turns us into automatons devoid of personality and destiny. One only needs to observe how social networks operate: people chase social interaction relentlessly, becoming bulimic in their quest for others' approval and slaves to fleeting trends imposed by social engineers, exploiting our innate conformism.

Humans are inherently social beings, and because of this, they have no need to socialize excessively. Socialization is an artificial construct. Engage only with the environments necessary for your growth and achievement of goals. In the relationships you cultivate, it’s wise not to overextend. While forming connections is beneficial, the desire to bond can lead to participation in trivial dinners, drinks, and meaningless chatter, drawing you into the vortex of socialization. In contrast, relationships centered on professional collaboration, shared studies, or mutual growth in a sport or other common activity are far more profound than often acknowledged. The rest is mere surface and facade.

Only through shared work can one truly recognize and appreciate another, receiving acknowledgment and esteem in return. Conversely, friendship entails sharing interests with someone, which can only occur if there is a common interest—be it work, a study course, a collaborative project, or a formative activity. You will find that having a thousand friends on Facebook or going out at night serves little purpose. What you truly need is to fulfill your responsibilities continuously. Everything else is deviation and excess.
"

This is is very interesting, basically this is to keep you as the main focus and "closer" to the people which share your same interests, rather than being the friend of anyone without a reason.
Basically being genuine.

But I could not understand the sexuality part of it

"Masturbation, pornography, fornication, sexual experimentation, casual and improvised relationships are all poisons. With these practices, you waste your energy, your time, and put yourself at risk. Every minute spent looking for a girl, if not prioritized with your goals in mind, is a waste. If you want a woman and children, consider making marriage one of your goals, but always and only after establishing your own wealth. Look for a feminine woman, unpretentious, beautiful, well-groomed, and preferably not too "educated" or haughty; even better if she is unemployed (as long as you can support her): follow the guidelines from men's rights websites to avoid being deceived and manipulated. Remember that your seed is one of the most precious assets you possess. Don’t waste it, as it is the source of life: it would be like wasting life itself. Learn to love. Chastity brings strength and energy: it has been used for millennia by hunters and warriors to become stronger, more aggressive, and more capable. Those who conserve their seed have the strength and resources to achieve everything they want in life, winning every personal battle and winning the right woman for them. Those who waste it resign themselves to circumstances and let others live their lives for them."

Some things are correct, but how could you not "experimentat" sex with a woman you like?

I think the point is to not get hung up on it. It's a thing, sure, but it should be further down on the list of priorities than where many guys put it. To the point where men will tolerate crazy because the sex is so damn good. If LTR is the goal then it's obviously a waste of time because her crazy will not function long term, you will not be achieving your goal which is LTR as long as you're distracted by this. It will ultimately be unfulfilling eventually if deep down a lasting relationship is what you're looking for.

Just like guys not taking action in the real world because they're distracting themselves by fapping to porn. This is just a step further, distracting yourself from the true goal by entertaining women for sex despite them clearly not fitting with your goals.

Sex can be a distraction that keeps you from making meaningful bonds. It's not an insignificant aspect of a relationship, that much is true, but what does it matter if the sex is good if she has more fundamental flaws making her unfit for a potential lifetime partnership?

It's like buying a car being dazzled by how great it looks, but the engine and drivetrain is barely hanging together and will fail sooner rather than later, parts of a car that is very essential for it to function. You'll enjoy it for a short while, but it will ultimately be unfulfilling as it fails on you.

Doesn't mean you can't look for a great looking car, but you gotta make sure it's also functional all the way through before fully buying it.

This sounds like it's written for a religious man looking for marriage and children with a traditionally conservative religious woman.

Remember that your seed is one of the most precious assets you possess. Don’t waste it, as it is the source of life: it would be like wasting life itself. Learn to love. And this part is pure, unscientific claptrap.

Unlike ovaries which have a limited supply of eggs, the testicles are not just storage. Semen are produced by the body and when they're not ejaculated from the body, they will be reabsorbed by the body after 74 days. So there's no need to 'conserve' your seed.
There are some anecdotal benefits and disadvantages to semen retention, but AFAIK no scientific evidence.

I have children and got doctor's advice (back in 2005) that if I wanted to improve the quality of my ejaculated sperm, I could try not to ejaculate for 4-7 days. Longer than 7 days would not improve the quality of the sperm more. Longer than ten days would deteriorate the sperm quality.

I see also LTR where the two are not synced in sex.
She may want to do more things, but He it's "sleepy".
In many cases like this, usually they end up.

it should be a mutual thing

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
