Could be. The risks are kind of overblown i'm honestly far more concerned about STDs though but somehow I've never caught any. If it's treatable I don't honestly care though. I no longer eat women out though especially on first dates and probably won't be unless its LTR.

With pregnancy, if you nut inside them before/during their period it's basically 0% chance though and I don't mind that unless it's heavy. But if they have regular cycles, i will always maintain ovulation tracking is a valid form of BC.

The chances of pregnancy with that are smaller, even if she isn't using birth control. Ejaculating inside the vagina of an attractive 40-45 year old without a condom isn't going to be as enjoyable as ejaculating inside the vagina of an average looking or even above average looking 20-25 year old woman without a condom.

When a man is having sex with most women who are 20s/30s, he will find out that many (if not most) will be using some form of birth control. Additionally, if a man follows Iron Rule of Tomassi #5 and uses his own form of protection (condoms), he will get even more protection.

Having sex with women in their 20s/30s isn't a high risk for pregnancy if the man is using condoms consistently and correctly. A man who is sexually active will sometimes encounter women in this age range not on birth control. As stated earlier, many (if not most) of these women will be using some form of birth control themselves.

There isn't any good reason to have sex with older women to avoid pregnancy when 20s/30s women are often on birth control and condoms are readily available.
